Careers and Progression

Welcome to your Futures journey

Futures Logo

At the Eastern Education Group we believe that every student deserves the opportunity to explore, plan and achieve their ambitions for the future. Choosing the right pathway beyond college is an important step, and we are here to ensure that both students and parents feel supported, informed and confident throughout this journey.

Our dedicated Futures Team is here to guide you. This team brings together our Careers Advisors, University progression specialists, and Work Placement staff. Together, they provide expert advice and practical support to help students make well-informed decisions about their next steps – whether that’s moving on to university, higher-level training, apprenticeships, or employment.

You will find members of the Futures Team at each of our college campuses, in clearly designated spaces where students can access resources, research opportunities, and seek guidance. For more personalised support, our Level 6 qualified Careers Advisors offer one-to-one appointments that are confidential, impartial, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Appointments can be booked easily through our referral system and cover a wide range of areas, from exploring career ideas to preparing applications and interviews.
