The Employer Zone is here to help businesses and organisations work with Eastern Education Group to support students as they prepare for their future careers.

By offering placements, talks, workshops, site visits or apprenticeship opportunities, employers can help students gain real insight into the world of work and develop the skills, confidence and experience they need to succeed.

Our team works in partnership with employers to create meaningful opportunities for students across a wide range of sectors. You could offer a work or industry placement, deliver a talk or workshop, host a site visit, or help students understand the different career routes available in your industry.

Working with us also gives employers the chance to connect with future talent and recruit apprentices who can grow with your organisation. We will support you through the process, from matching students to suitable opportunities to helping with placement arrangements, health and safety checks and ongoing contact with our team.
