EMPowered is an employer led programme for students who are considering employment or apprenticeships after their studies.

EMPowered is

Delivered mainly through evening events and webinars suitable for both students and parents
Includes interactive sessions led by employers from a range of industries
Events are themed around different employment sectors
Helps students understand real world opportunities, routes into work and what employers look for

It is designed for anyone who wants to:

Explore Apprenticeship or Employment as a Progression Route
Develop their understanding of the industry or sector they are hoping to access
Build a strong and competitive application through knowledge of employer expectations

The EMPowered Programme launches in the Autumn term when a full programme of events will be published.

With the majority of events and talks taking place in the evening, this is a great way for both students and parents to access talks and presentations from industry experts, employers and apprentices.

Talks and evening events will be a mix of online sessions and in-person sessions, with the online sessions available on this page after they have taken place.
