West Suffolk College can confirm that an incident took place outside the College premises earlier today. We want to reassure students, staff, parents and the wider community that no one was harmed as a result of this incident.
The police were called immediately and responded quickly. This was an isolated incident, and it was dealt with promptly by the authorities.
The safety and wellbeing of our students and staff is always our top priority, and we take any incident of this nature extremely seriously. We are grateful to the police for their swift response and continue to work closely with them.
