Laraine leads strategic growth and partnerships for the Group, overseeing recruitment, apprenticeships, adult education, upskilling and retraining programmes, as well as support for young people who aren’t in education, employment or training. Laraine also works with over 1600 employers across the Eastern region to create business partnerships and work placement opportunities for our students.
