David Bicker

Chair of Primary Educational Excellence Committee and Trustee Lead for Safeguarding (Primaries)

David has been a Trustee of Eastern Education Group Trust and Chair of the Primary Educational Excellence Committee member since 2024, having started as a governor at Exning Primary School in 2021. David is the Trustee lead for Safeguarding (Primaries) and is also Vice Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.  

David is an experienced auditor and is an associate partner at Deloitte UK. 

David has a child at Exning Primary School and is passionate about helping to guide and challenge leaders to keep students at the heart of decision-making.
