Andrew Beresford

Andrew has been a Primary Educational Excellence Committee member since 2025, having started as a governor at Stanton Community Primary School and then becoming their Chair of Governors. 

Andrew worked for British Sugar for 42 years in a range of leadership roles and earned degrees in Operations Management and Human Resources and became a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.  

Andrew retired in 2020 and has two grandchildren at Stanton Primary School.
