Priory Aspire
Priory Aspire, part of Priory School, offers specialised learning pathways designed specifically for students in Key Stages 3 and 4. Aspire caters for students who experience moderate learning difficulties (MLD) alongside social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
Located in Thurston, Priory Aspire provides a nurturing environment with a limited number of just 10 places, ensuring personalised attention and effective support. All students attending Priory Aspire are enrolled with Priory School, benefiting from its specialist educational resources and dedicated staff.
The Aspire learning pathway is an important element of SEND at Eastern Education Group’s commitment to diversifying and enriching specialist education provision within Suffolk, ensuring comprehensive support to meet varied educational needs.
What we strive for
Our vision is to develop well-rounded individuals who can go forward into their adult lives prepared for the work environment and capable of being independent and productive citizens.
We believe that high quality education is best achieved when the needs of each individual pupil – social, emotional, spiritual and educational – are paramount. Through focusing on pupils as individuals, we tailor challenging and enjoyable educational programmes to directly meet their needs.
We work with each student and their parents and carers to understand, and work to overcome, their particular barriers to learning so they can achieve their full potential within a secure and caring environment.
