Martin Chatt

Vice Chair of the Trust Board, Vice Chair of the Corporation, Chair of Resources Committee, Chair of Capital Infrastructure Sub-Committee

Martin has been a Governor at West Suffolk College since 2024 and a Trustee of Eastern Education Group Trust since 2024. Martin is Vice Chair of the Corporation and Trust Board and is Chair of the Resources Committee and of the Capital Infrastructure sub-committee and is Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. Martin is a member of the CTEC Task and Finish Group, Nominations and Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee. Martin is also a Director of EEG Services Ltd, a subsidiary of West Suffolk College.

Martin is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience in finance, governance and operations across the private, public and charity sectors.

Martin is retired though was a senior financial leader at BT and Anglian Water.

Martin brings extensive experience in financial oversight, governance development and strategic planning.
