About the workshop

This 2 hour in-person workshop, held at University and Professional Development Centre in partnership with Eastern Education Group, has been designed specifically for Small & Medium Businesses to help you understand the current and future skills needed to deliver Net Zero and low-carbon projects – and how these skills can open new business opportunities.

• By Car: We’re just off the A14, with free on-site parking available to all visitors. Accessible bays are located near the main entrance. 
• By Train: We’re a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride from Bury St Edmunds train station, with direct routes from Cambridge, Ipswich and Norwich. 
• By Bus: Local and regional bus services stop nearby – including our dedicated college bus service. 
• By Bike or On Foot: Secure bike racks are available on site, and the town is also well connected via footpaths and cycle routes. Suffolk County Council offers information on cycle routes within Suffolk, and you can also plan the safest journey on cyclestreets.net.
