The Evil that Psychologists Do

Robin Herne will guide participants through some of the most infamously unethical psychological and sociological experiments of the last 100 years. We will look at why they were done, what makes them unethical, what the researchers hoped to prove, and whether or not they could still happen today.

Bio

Robin Herne is Course Leader for Sociology at the University and Professional Development Centre, as well as a storyteller, poet, artist, and broadcaster. Robin has published poetry, fiction, and academic work, and is a founding member of Clan Ogma and the Ipswich Pagan Council. He was also honoured as the first Chief Bard of the Fens. His lectures blend scholarship with creativity, bringing history and belief systems vividly to life.
