Casper and Ewan Smith, brothers and proud alumni of West Suffolk College, both pursued their passion for food through our Culinary Arts course!
Casper studied with us from 2015 to 2017, developing his skills and turning his passion into a thriving business. He now runs his own successful catering company, @caspers_catering_and_cakes
Ewan followed in his brother’s footsteps, studying at West Suffolk College between 2020 and 2022. He’s now building his own career as a chef – working part-time for Casper while also gaining experience at top local restaurants, including The Northgate and Lark in Bury St Edmunds.
